Before you return a product please keep in mind minor design flaws, small pin holes, uneven block prints and color variations are a part of any authentic handloom or handcrafted product.

1. Returns
We understand that despite House of Bonedi’s best efforts, there may be some situations where you may need to return a product. Our policy for return is as follows:
1.1 Eligibility for Returns
If you cancel within 24 hours of placing an order, we will refund the entire amount. Cancellation can be done through the website or by contacting us via Email/WhatsApp mentioning your Order ID. Our Email address is info@houseofbonedi.com. Our WhatsApp number is – 9773682638
For returns after the order has been shipped
You are eligible for a return if the following conditions are met:
– You must initiate the return within 48 hours of receiving the product by informing us via email at info@houseofbonedi.com with your order number and an image of the product purchased for return or send us a WhatsApp message at .Shipping it back within that time frame (barring Sundays and other public holidays) is also mandatory
– The product must be in its original, unused, and unaltered condition with all tags and packaging intact along with the original invoice.
– Customized or personalized sarees/products (includes fall and pico for sarees) cannot be returned unless they have a manufacturing defect or are damaged badly during shipping.
– After 48 hours of receiving the product, you are not eligible for a return.
1.2 How to Initiate a Return

1.3 Return Shipping
You are responsible for shipping the product back to us. The shipping cost will be borne by the customer. Use a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product.
The product return must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving it and shipped back within that time frame (barring Sundays and public holidays). Do email us the tracking number of the return package along with an image of the receipt at info@houseofbonedi.com
2. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you about the status of your refund. Our policy for refunds is as follows:
2.1 Refund Amount
We will deduct the shipping amount which will be the actual cost of shipping according to the weight of the parcel and refund the rest of the amount.
2.2 Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive your returned item. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
2.3 Refund Method
Refunds will be issued in the same payment method used for the original purchase. If for any reason we cannot issue a refund to your original payment method, we will contact you to arrange an alternative method.
3. Exchange Policy
Replacement/Exchange of a product will be done only in case of receiving a damaged product. We Strictly do not have returns or exchanges on the basis of your choice or selection upon receiving the product.
If you have received a very badly damaged product (minor weaving defects, color variations, or any other minor flaws related to handmade/handwoven products will not be considered) please send us an email at info@houseofbonedi.com within the first 24 hours of receiving the product along with an image and the order ID.
If the package is damaged or tampered with during delivery, do not accept the delivery and return it to the postman and inform us about the same through email along with the order ID.
We are happy to exchange/replace the product depending on the availability. Please make sure the original tag/product packaging is intact. No additional charges or shipping costs will be applied for a damaged product for return or exchange.
The final decision to return/exchange a damaged product on all aspects will be that of House Of Bonedi’s depending on case to case basis.
No refunds will be given in the below given situations cases:
After 48 hours has passed of receiving the product
In case of minor design and color variations.
Incorrect Address or Address format, including Pin code or post box
After 3 failed delivery attempts by the postman If a Package is refused by the recipient.
Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
4. For International Customers
For international orders, currently we do not provide for return or exchange. Although, House Of Bonedi will refund the amount to the customer only under following circumstances and at the sole discretion of House Of Bonedi.
- We will accept return of only a defective product and refund the amount. However, the refund process will be initiated after inspection and once we get the product back with its original tag in place.
- Inform us via email info@houseofbonedi.com of the defective product within 24 hours of receiving with the Order ID and an image of the defective product.
- We will get back to you as soon as we get an email and guide you further.
